Make Sure you greet each guest upon arrival, so they establish a good perception of the hotel. It would be best to have an agent go to the guest to greet them upon entrance, rather than have someone greet them when they get to the front desk.

Make sure the room is pre-blocked from check-in list so that the available guest can get into available rooms

Please make sure guest have credit before allowing them to book a stay. Swipe card at arrival to indicate credit availability
